If E marked maybe, or you might have to prove they comply... Personally I'd steer clear..

TBH, their not really what i want, i was looking for some normal 5 3/4" headlights, with an indicator in the bottom of the lens.
Like these, but for RHD...
I've seen them on a few hotrods, but can't find them anywhere else.
I just saw these and thought "I doubt they're legal", so i thought i'd ask what the you guys thought.
They're not my taste either, a bit too "MaxPower" for me.
I'm trying to go for a classic Lotus look on my car.

IIRC america has no left/right beam pattern, meaning flat, and i think Flat is accepted under IVA?

The ones you linked to aren't legal due to the amber side light but the other ones they do with the white sides are.
They aren't e marked but it doesn't matter, and the beam pattern is flat which is IVA legal.
All this according to the IVA tester in South Wales as I asked about the very same set (albeit in white side) last month when I was down there

like these
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes.
By that time, who cares.
You're a mile away, and you've got his shoes
