Lucas Switch specification info
Does anyone have a lucas datasheet they could share with me, or know a site which has the specifications for the type of toggle switch below, there
are many pin and connection combination, denoted by the part number, the Lucas site now only has 5 or so listed, there are many more.
Thanks.

If you dont get the info you need on scudderfish's link, you could email Lucas. I wanted a wiring diagram for my donor engine and couldnt find
it anywhere so emailed Lucas and they sent me one the next day!
Customer service like that isnt too common nowadays.
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

Looks like a standard Lucas light switch from a 1960s car such as a Hillman Super Minx or Austin 1800 or MGB should be able to handle normal headlight
current without problem.
For switching inductive loads I would use a relay.

Thanks for the info all, I have a box full of them, with different configs, I want to build a series 1 type dash for my Jag, and a spec sheet is much
easier than AVOing them all.

The 34734 you have there is the headlight switch used in series IIa Land Rover from about 1967.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
