Coolant use a long life OAT or HOAT coolant Vauxhall dealers have good deals on this they also do good deals on 5w/30 fully synthetic engine oil.

Oil check the exact oil spec for your engine ---- 10w/30 isn't a grade that is in very common use 5w/30 or 10w/40 are more usual. Generally where 10w/30 oil semi-synthetic is listed a 5w/30 fully synthetic is suitable but choosing the correct oil grade is getting much more complex by the day for example some Japanese motorcycle engines require an obsolete API SF or SG spec mineral oil not more modern API SN,SM, SL and SJ spec oils which have less anti-wear additives.
