my electric reverse fell off after IVA which saved 24Kg
Whilst putting on a new chain and changing the gearing for a higher top speed, I have removed all the reverse gear Paraphernalia and saved 24kg. I
dont use the reverse much anyway. 13kg of that was the extra battery. Very pleased.

How will you reverse? And what happens when the police ask you to reverse, find you cant and charge you under construction and use...

I doubt the Police will ask him to reverse, more chance of them having an issue with him doing a doughnut in the filling station when he has overshot
a pump.

I somewhat doubt the Police know the difference between IVA and SVA regs

It will be a little bit lighter to push backwards, much outweighed by the embarrasment!

it's a pain in the a$$ not having reverse (broke it on my Allegro) but I don't know if it is a legal requirement on a road car.
Fame is when your old car is plastered all over the internet

reverse isn't that much of a problem in my experience. Just plan where you are going.
450kg is very easy to push as long as you have a rollbar or cage to shove against.
I do miss having a windscreen though, but I guess I am getting old.
