Headlamp Alignment

Further to my IVA fail on Wednesday, one of the fail points was headlamps whereby the kick up was to the off side as opposed the near side where it should be for us in the UK.

After investigation and help from a number of you on here, I definately have the correct headlamp lenses but the only way I can get the correct kick up is to rotate the lens by approx 5 degrees (the writing on the lens is now not horizontal to the ground). Is this normal practice?
Thanks,
Matt

Check the bulb holder it may have an alternative angle setting for the bulb.

What type headlights are you using, from memory there is one sold commonly sold on ebay that doesn't meet UK standards you have to modify them by twisting it by about about the amount you say, not sure whether it's dominator or something like that.
