Ignition Key
Morning all,
This may be a really quick and easy fix, but I'm not great with electronics. When I turn the key off in the ford ignition barrel it
doesn't cut the engine out...
Is this a wiring problem or is it something internal?
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Chris

Is your alterantor supply cut off via the ignition switch?

I'm not too sure, if I turn the key off, the dials drop to zero, but the engine won't stop running.
Thanks,
Chris

I would say that it's definately a wiring fault, possably running on the alternator output. This needs to be cut when you turn off the ignition.
