Headlight size

Ive read through the IVA manual regarding the lighting requirements but cant seem to find anything relating to the minimum dimensions for the headlights. So with that in mind does anybody know what, if there is one, the minimum size you can fit?

best bet, to be sure, find some that are e-marked. i got the 90mm hella ones (though you'd struggle to mount them on a 7 i think)
russ bost sells smaller ones i think. 80mm? emarked too.
e marking will ensure they're fine

My smallest ones are 50mm across the lenses, twin units, look crackibng on a 7, got some 38mm ones (chassis units) coming shortly, all are E marked, but TBH E marking is irrelevant for IVA (only exception is fog light which must be E marked) all they are interested in at IVA is do the headlamps throw the correct beam pattern & for all other lights do they meet the angle of view/position requirements & are they of suitable brightness.

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

Going very slightly off topic here guys but do you know where i can source some rear light holders/pods. All i can find is the type that need to fixed to a flate surface where as the sort i want is a 2/3 fixed vertically stacked type with one horizontal fixing point, as in my very detailed illustration below
