Autobulbs Direct

NTDWM but I've now used them a couple of times and their selection/prices/service have been pretty good.
Wide range of up-graded lighting equipment and knowledgeable staff - recommended.
Now can I really get away with some 100/80w headlight bulbs?
Only thing they could improve on is to offer a wider range of single bulbs for bike use.

JB VV they reckon it's more the heat the bulbs generate than the draw. Takes me back to the days when a mate who worked at Joe Lucas in Brum supplied a QI bulb for my Lucas 7" (!) - had to have a heat sink behind the bulb and it really was a flame-thrower.
Which reminds me I think I still have it in stock somewhere - forget those 100/80's I'm off down the shed.....

Handy link

Don't forget though, 100/80W will need wiring to suit, your existing cables/fuses may not be up to the job.

P.S. Sorry if I'm teaching Granny to suck eggs

It looks like the Midget is winning at the moment......
