duratec alternator

Hi thinking about just using standard modaeo alternator on my duratec engine its about getting parts when touring will it work or are they controlled by the mondaeo ecu mine will have after market engine management

Depends where you going to mount it I initially used a Micra Alternator which is small but it wouldn't fit (first pic) I then opted for a tiny ND alternator as previously said.

Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

The tensioner is from a Ford Focus, it is spring loaded the original tensioner is not spring loaded.
