Master cut off and Starter button wiring help

Hi Guys

Can anyone give me a hand getting my head around wiring a master cut off switch and starter button circuit to my MX5 wiring loom?
The key is no longer used, so the connector can be chopped and wired directly in, rather than spliced for the ignition.

Below is a picture of the wiring loom circuit for the igntion found on the internet:

This is a picture of the connector and continuity from the manual:

And here's a pic of the mastre cut off switch (FIA requirements):

The wiring colours (and marking on the switch) according to the plug are:
A: Black/red (IG2)
B: Blue (IG1)
C: White (B1)
D: White (B2)
E: Black/Blue (ST)
F: Black/White (ACC)

The starter button panel I have bought has 1x Ignition on/off flick switch, 1x push start button and 1x ACC flick switch

My thoughts are...

Splice kill switch into main wire (the only wire) from battery to fusebox so Batt---switch---main fuse box
But then it starts to go a bit wooly I can't get my head around where the ignition switch wiring wants to go. Does it want connecting into the kill switch and if so, which wires? Been out in the garage most of the day scratching my head, and would love to get it finished tomorrow, so any help would be greatly received

Thanks guys.
