Isspro speedo

I'd like to re-post this query as I did it earlier in the week when the forum was quiet. If anyone has any ideas I would be very gratefull even if anyone knows what type of sensor the ford unit is and what is the nature of it's output?

Can anyone help out with this one.

I have an Isspro speedo and I'm wanting to drive it from the gearbox/diff mounted sender on a Ford Sigma engine or from the original ECU I'm using.

The speedo is brand new and has the usual array of dip switches to input a calculated number to represent relevant speed.

I think that I can work out the right code number to use by trial and error it's just working out if the sensor and speedo can be made to work together.

Thanks for any advice.

Adrian.

See you at Newark.
