rear lights
any one help with rear lights
i have a set of these fitted to my car
Rear Light/lamps BLACK Pods Kit Car Caterham/DAX/Seven/Locost/Westfield/fury
but the connector are straight at the back and are very close to the tyre, i know it wont end well after a few miles i can see them getting damaged
anyone know where i can get something like but with 90 degree connectors on the back, ive looked about abit online but most dont show you the rear of
the fittings

Can you not dismantle them and rewire so its just a cable coming out the back with a connector further along the cable?

i will take a look and see i don't think so though but its been a while since i looked at them i think the bulb holder is the connector

Have you thought about making a small cover from glass fibre and mounting it to cover the wires. Use a piece of blue foam for a mould. This is the
method I used.

I've always used these guys for anything electrical : ECS Linky
(though they have managed to stuff up their website tonight)
If you manage to find it cheaper somewhere else, they've price matched too.

Spade connectors and then fill the cavity with sikoflex, that's how I did mine.

Had these on my locost and had same problem .took lights out and cut 15mm out of bulb holder neck and super glued back together.Job done and works
fine bulb is still about 10mm from inside of lens.
