DRLs

In spite of probably starting the debate all over again, has anyone got any recommendations/experience for DRLs? There are dozens of them on eBay but I'm sure there are plenty of cr*ppy ones amongst them.

I just want to give myself a little more chance of being seen, and yes, I know the bikers etc. argument too

Have you seen the ones sold by Great British Sports Cars? Don't know how good they are

Yep, but I don't really want to spend too much on them, I need to save my cash for taking the car off SORN for Arpil.

Plus I just want to add some to either the headlamp brackets or the nosecone.

Why not just run with headlights on? Works for the Swedish. Ive been doing it for past 17yrs.

I was thinking of setting them up so they were more visible from 'normal' height cars than the headlights are.

Try googling "side marker white" - should throw up the ones used on trucks and trailers. Here you go linky
Bought mine from HGV Direct but can't find them on there now.
Normally if they are destined for commercials they're cheap as chips because they aren't an accessory.
HTH.
