I built my MS from a kit bought from DIYAutotune it was a straightforward job.
The MS is a good piece of kit but has a steep learning curve, but gives you the opportunity to fully understand ignition systems and to learn about
tuning and mapping
Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

i thought you had a ms2 on a v3 board?
the latest and greatest is a ms3 on a v3 board..
i have an ms3 with ms3x on a v3 board running my saab 2.0 turbo engine and it is far superior to a ms2.
that said an ms2 will very happily run a zetec and will save you quite a bit of money.
all i can say is dont buy one if you just want to wire it up and use it, the learning curve is mega! and rate of success is very low without
weeks/months/years of reading/learning.
if you just want to wire something up and take it to be mapped get an omex/emerald etc.
Anything With Tits or Wheels Will cost you MONEY!!
