Barnes 1887 Lathe F/S

Selling my 1887 Barnes Rockford Lathe, if anyone is interested?

Originally a Treadle lathe, missing its main treadle wheel and foot pedals, but complete with bolt on cast iron legs, loads of gears, spare chuck, tool post, drill end post, loads of bits, will never get time to set it up, can supply a 240V motor with it, just needs a new home with someone dedicated to setting it up. Contact me for price. Will fit into a small hatchback.

The picture is pretty much what mine is, minus the large wheel and pedal

Lathe still for sale

I would say ideal as a project, maybe ideal for model makers, small chucks etc.

£100 would take it.
