Mysterious box under dashboard (MNR Vortx / CBR1000)

Hello!

finally started to (try ) to get to life an abandoned by previous project - MNR Vortx I bougt few years ago.

Many issues, and guessing "what authors had in mind" , looong waiting for some parts from MNR, still no engine , but trying to clean up and get to know what there is .

One of this puzzles is small black box connected to two switches for as I assume fog light and front light (main or dip not sure) and third connection to loom (mess there so not sure yet where it goes)

Maybe some of You already saw such box (no numbers, scickers, names on it etc) :

Not sure if it is important, car was with CBR 1000rr Honda engine, but I am not sure if it is part of CBR loom ?

GPS tracker ?

Dont know much about electronics :-/ Want to make this loom only with what is needed, get rid of unnecessary stuff .

It's one of these:

Only of any use if you need the foglamp to operate in this specific way for any required roadworthiness tests.
