mk suspenion setup

took bec mk out for the first time at the weekend good fun although its very bumpy to say the least .im using gas springs and shocks, i want a softer ride do i slacked off the springs a few more turns ?
and i have set up the shocks half way i think it was 20 clicks .
its the de-deion beam set up at the back.
has anyone eles got any advise on set up .

Your shocks are way too hard. Start of with 2-3 clicks off softest and go up from there, I use 5-6 and thats with a car engine. Also tyres should be 18-20psi as a starting point.

Good luck, might save you bouncing all over the road!

does anybody know the preferred position of the excentric mushroom inserts for best handling (not sva selfcentering?)
