Motorbike headlights have a straight up/down beam pattern and so arent strictly legal on a car....so yes it would upset the SVA man.
If you read the article inside it says he swapped the lights after SVA...

Hi, can you elaborate on what you mean by straight up and down pattern please? I am thinking of using bike lights too, so want to make sure it will
pass sva. Is there a link to th earticle of the F1 style car??

People have suggested that you can over come this by turning the lens around a bit so aim the beam to the left.
Proper car headlights have lenses that aim the light toward the left on dipped beam, thus avoiding dazzling oncoming traffic. Motorbike just use
lights that dip straight up and down.
I used to have some pics of the lenses, but cant find them now.

im using these headlights, same as you were looking at but a bit cheaper. through a motorcycle spares company called m & p in south wales
great company to deal with to, they are emarked but again do not dip to the left.
not sva compliant, but i have heard of some that do go through.
mot time may also cause a problem.!!

AFAIK to pass SVA, the headlight MUST have an arrow pointing to the left on the lens, indicating which way the light dips. Therefore,
'turnong' the unit to get it to dip correctly wouldn't suffice. I want to use these lights too...
