Indicator wiring??

Wonder if anyone can help?
The spark is calling this saturday to finish the wiring, but the only thing he isnt sure on is how to set the indicators up so the click/flash at a normal rate.
The flasher units he has normally run the rear lights (21w), front lights (21w) and side repeaters (5w).
But with my MK i'm running 21w rears and 5w side and front, therefore the wattage will be less.
Does that make any sense?

Anyway he asked me to find out wat u guys do in this situation?

Cheers

Easiest thing for you will be to change the front bulbs for 21w ones and then should all flash fine.

Rich.

You are probably using motorcycle indicators?
I think you will fail sva with only 5W front indicators.
I had the same problem with mine. I tried to get 21W lamps (or 23w) to fit but they are like goldust. In the end I changed my complete indicators to the correct ones that took 21W.

Most bike shops will have them as the 23w jobbie is commonly used in fairing indicators.

5w bulbs are a definite fail and will also make your flashing rate too fast iirc.
