Flexible corrugated rubber tube?

I need to run some electrics to my doors and need some smallish 'concertina' rubber tube to go between the body and door.
Any ideas guys?

Cheers,
Raz

Can you get small bore water pipe in the size you need? Or would this be too thick/stiff?

Too stiff for this job I'm afraid. I found some ultra flexible stuff at one of the shows last year but at 25mm diameter it is way too big - I only need to run 3 wires inside.

Do you already have the wires in place, or could you get some 3 core wire that has another outer layer of insulation and use that?

Have you looked through the site for Woolies? They might have something workable.

I have already got the wires in place. I could use some blow moulded tube as an outer covering but I am sure it will kink when it bends through 90 degrees.

Woolies was the first place I looked

How much movement do you need for this? Is there any particular ends you need for the attachment points you have?

Scrapyard time.

Most cars with leccy windows have them but I've never seen them for sale aftermarket. They usually have a grommet type end.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Ideally they need to be about 100mm long, 10-15mm diameter with a grommet type end so I can pop it into a hole in the bodywork. The door moves through 90 degrees (scissor action) but it is fairly tight space so will kink if not corrugated.

Try almost any car at the scrappy. You just need to open a few doors/tailgates to see if there are any suitable. I used some of various sizes from an old Metro to cover track rods, etc.

Second the above it's a trip to your "local recycling centre!"

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
