Digidash2

Evening all...

First post - be gentle with me..

Is anyone using a Digidash (1 or 2) in either Pro or Lite version..? After looking at the cost of a bucket load of dials etc from Smiths and Tiger, I've decided to go vaguely high tech...

Cheers

Peter

Hello and welcome.

What engine are you planning on using? If it'd a bike engine, then I'd recomend going for the bike clocks to match - they're the cheapest digital dash you'll find and will plug straight in without (too many) problems.

Or go for Acewell for cheap or Veypor for a bit dearer, but all the bells & whistles.
Welcome to the Nuthouse!

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

I have the digidash2 pro and its a great piece of kit, especially if you can use the datalogging facilities. It was easy to install.

The lite is great for a road based car and still has a few nice extras if you do trackdays etc. I have found the service from ETB to be excellent.

Cheers

Got a DD1, realy great bit of kit, and great service from Johh (ETB)

The only thing that possibly lets it down is tryna read the large red display section when the sun is out - unfortunate - as I only tend to go out when its sunny!!!

I'm thinking of waiting until its out of warranty and seeing if I can change the red lens.
