Escrote ones are completely different to 'tina ones. Make sur eyou get cortina ones.

Only similarity is the brake caliper used.

Escort ones are maccy strut and nothing like the double wishbone cortina items. Duttons used to modify the escort one on the Phaeton Mk3 by cutting the strut in half and welding a plate on top to accept a chunky balljoint.

If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

The Striker uses the chopped down Escort upright as well. Not the most elegant solution but does the job.

To be specific its MkIII Cortina and up. Early Hyundai Stellar would do as well assuming you could find one.
