Jay,

Is this build a PC rather than a BEC or CEC?! Because pedalling can get very tiring on the motorway!

Have you got a pic of what you have then we can take a look and hopefully help.

Does This help? their are a couple of things missing, them being the main tube for the balance bar which was welded through the the big hole in the middle one, and also the rest of the brackets that are welded to the chassis.

do you know what material the bushes are made of and the measurements.
what is the piece that has the hole drilled in it and the wedge cut out of it for?

The bushes seem to be made of mild steel, you will have to fettle the insides of the tubes as they have been welded and distort the tube, but a bit of work with a dremmel gives a good fit and smooth operation with some grease, the pedals are all fitted now, ill see if i can get some measurements but i think they were 0.25~0.5mm wider than the tube, the same OD as the tube ID.
The wedge bit is one leg from the accel pedal, it welds onto the chassis with the wedge end, their should of been 3 pairs of these at different sizes(one pair a pedal....), i didnt get the brake pedal mounts with mine so i just fabbed some up.
