Proper Solder

For those of you who, like me, don't like being told what not to do by Brussels, I just noticed today in Halfords that they have proper 60/40 tin/lead multicore solder under the Draper brand.

4 ounces for £2 15/6d

Some info for you old guys on lead free solder here. http://leadfree.ipc.org/ and here is a source for lead free tyre balance weights. The only problem you might find is he only accepts new money and are sold by the gram

I work in electronics and lead free solder is a pain in the flux capacitor
