Proper Solder
For those of you who, like me, don't like being told what not to do by Brussels, I just noticed today in Halfords that they have proper 60/40
tin/lead multicore solder under the Draper brand.
4 ounces for £2 15/6d

Ah but you forgot the Farthing with 2 groats change.
Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.

Some info for you old guys on lead free solder here. http://leadfree.ipc.org/ and here is a source for lead free
tyre balance weights. The only problem you might find is he only accepts new money and are sold by the gram
I work in electronics and lead free solder is a pain in the flux capacitor
