Zetec alternator on silvertop

What alternators are you using on a silvertop Zetec 2.0, I think I have a -94 ?
I tried to search but found mainly blacktops

Any pictures on the belt routing would be great.

i used the alternator that came with my donor engine. ( 1.8 ) with a new big fat cable from the battery to the alternator ( the weedy ones in the new loom were rubbish )

i then used a westfield alternator fitting kit that came with the bracket and belt.

prob a few pics in my archive.

Thanks for the picture, it helps a lot. Are you also using the WF bracket?
What belt is that, do you have part number for it?

yep, i brought the whole kit from Westfield. Its not cheap ( £60 ish ) but you get the bracket, the belt, bolts, nuts and the adjuster arm all in one pack.

here is a link to their online shop.

you can also get the larger release bearing from them too.
