MJLJ/EDIS 4 12V fuse ratings

Looking at my Megajolt installation guide and it sugests that the switched 12v feed to the MJLJ should be fused Via 3A?

Is this right, just seems low?

Also I have my EDIS 4 running with its own switched 12V feed. But in the instalation guide it does not give a recomended fuse rating for the 12V supply to the EDIS 4?

What fuse rating would you sugest for this?

Thanks, Phill

I used a 5A fuse to feed the MJLT unit, EDIS and coil. Hasn't blown yet (but maybe I shouldn't say things like that...)

The Megajolt only takes about 30mW, its the EDIS unit that takes most of the current, I read aprox 0.5Amp per 1Krpm as a ball park figure..

I'm going to have mine fused seperatley, 1A>Megajolt and 5A>EDIS
