R1 Lean angle cut-out s/w
What is the best option for eliminating the lean angle cut-out s/w on a 5VY R1 engine ?
I have read there are a couple of ways -
1) Dismantle and glue the pendulum in place
2) Fit a 470 ohm resistor
I know I could fit as mounted on a bike but I would prefer to remove it....
Cheers,
Kosmo.

Are they still ok if you just mount them on the car or do they interfere while cornering?
Won't they act as a safety if the car rolls?

Remove it and fit a resistor. Weighs less = better power:weight

i'd be suprissed if they would cause a problem in a car.
bike leans a lot more than a car can!
edited to say
unless they are effected by G's?

I have fitted mine in the car same orientation as it is fitted in the bike. As said above the bike leans a lot more than the car and the safety aspect
also mentioned above.
