Minimum Wiring for 893 Blade

Evening all

I'm going to be wiring the blade next week, and the plan is to use the minimum bike loom needed to start and run the engine.

I've got an 893 carbed engine, correct ECU, regulator, coil packs and starter solenoid. What I want to do is wire the engine electrics as a single loom section, so what is the minimum I need...?

Anyone got a cut down wiring diagrm showing whats needed..? I'll be taking out all the switches except neutral.

Any tips gratefully received !

Cheers

Pete

The minimum wiring is using just the ecu and coils

ecu colours : Green, green+white & light green = Earth

yellow/yellow+white to pulse generator

Black+white= +12v

Yellow+Blue= Coil pack cylinders 1 & 4

Blue+yellow= Coil Pack cylinders 2 & 3

You can then use the starter relay as follows

Green+red = Earth
Yellow+red = +12 applied to start from (black+blue from the sierra ignition switch i think)

Thats the minimum but you could use the entire loom and just extend it where necessary.

It's a few years since I did this, but I seem to remember having to do something with the clutch(?) switch.
