FS: K&N Oil Filters KN-303 (Yamaha, Honda and Kwak fitment!)

These are top spec filters with integral nut for easy removal, said nut is also pre-drilled for wire locking. However said nut also stops me being able to fit this to my Fury as it fouls the chassis leg (but not on other Fury's I've seen - must be a slightly different cradle, or maybe they were carbed engines).

Anyway this is the beast:

Approx £14 each posted here:

I've got 2 of these can do the pair for £12 plus £5 post or collect Northampton.

They actually fit all the popular bikes, the full list is here:

I didn't realise this when I bought then (actually for my Fireblade car some time ago, was made up when I realised they'd fit my R1 but then disappointed again when realised they'd foul the chassis!) Rescued attachment KN-303.jpg

why not just hacksaw the nut off the top?

it only looks like it's spot welded to the standard casing.

They are fractionally longer than the OEM R1 filter as well - we are talking ~5mm.

The OEM R1 filter just and I mean JUST clears the chassis when unscrewed.

Believe me I spent a while checking just now fishing my old filter out the bin and crawling under the car.
