lights instruments wiring
I have ZERO knowledge of electrics (other than positive and ground/earth to you). How many hours does it take an expert to wire up from scratch,
tacho, speedo, 4 other instruments, tail lights, front signals, headlights etc.? Should I buy a loom or do it individually?
I have read the info in this month's Complete Kit Car, and am no further ahead!
I am trying to budget for an expert to come and do it, because I really have no patience/knowledge of it, and I don't want my car to catch fire.
The engine is already wired to the point where it starts and runs.

probably wouldn't take very long for an expert to do it, especially if there is no ECU involved.
however, I would expect it wont be cheap.
If you do it systematically and make sure you label everything it shouldnt be to big a job (although you will need to know what pins do what).

It won't solve my problem. I will then have a loom that I don't know what to do with. They can't exactly come over to my place to
help. But thank you anyways for the responses!!
