Rear fog switch
I fitted a s/steel type push button LED switch today for the rear fog. It is illuminated whenever the side/head lamps lights are on. Do I need a
separate warning light to show when the fog light is switched on or will it be ok to rewire it so that it is only illuminated when the fog light is on
and therefore not have to have separate warning light.

Just re-wire it. It'll be fine. You just need a tell-tale it doesn't have to be of a specific variety....
