It is in good working order but it does leak oil from the rear output shaft (easily sorted with a service). It also has a small bit of damage to one of the mounting holes but this doesn't affect how it works as there are plenty of options for mounting on each side.
Those who know what these are know that they can be troublesome and they are a bit noisy due to the nature of how they work but they're still a good solution for adding a reverse gear to a BEC. See link below for more details.
