Having had my engine sitting idle for 18 months I finally got it running tonight. Probably just as well, Ive got SVA next Friday! Still a bit to do yet too.

Knacked my fuel pump so that was a bit of an unexpected expense (don't tell the wife) but the new one got it going.

It sounds good. Bit smoky and lumpy to start with 'cos I had put some oil down the bores but now it's cleared it's spot on.

Thanks to those who helped with advice and wiring diagrams etc.
