That's not the Haynes the Haynes has a bike engine thats a car engine with a transaxle

Re OP I quite like it, ok the front's a nice shape and the back end needs a tidy, but it's looks fun.

Re picture I'm afraid to say I can't see the car for looking at 'the legs'


Also thinking about the OP at least it exists, unlike the Haynes single seater book that's seem to be like a pub with the sign 'free beer tommorow'

It's actually Lotus 51 (or at least the bodywork is: I can't tell from the pictures whether there's a genuine Lotus chassis underneath it).

The first ones were the Lotus 51, which was the first Formula Ford and had to cost less that £1000.

Is that Maurice Gibb in the driving seat??
