Just a quick one - has anyone used the original mx5 pedals in there chassis? If so, how are they modified?

It's not much help, but I intend to reuse the pedals. Looking at how things are laid out, I suspect they're going to need shortening at the very least, although I've not quite figured out where the pivots are. I'm still planning on keeping them coming down from above rather than being floor mounted.

Id like to re-use the existing pedals. I prefer the 'feel' when there hung, as opposed to floor mounted. The pedals will definitely need shortening, but then I worry that the travel on the pedals will be affected. i.e. the throttle will be very sensitive, and the brake and clutch will be harder to operate. HAs anyone managed to fit these, if so, what are they like to operate?
