Best thing might be to return the V5 to the DVLA with a covering letter and let them deal with it. Might riase the question of where you bought it
though

Or pass it on the the Dutton owners club - they may be able to re-unite it with the proper car , or at least prevent that registration being re-used

If the VIN number matches. Shredder time I fear. The V5 is worthless and may land you in trouble.

All is now sold except chassis on its own, wishbones, hubs and bodywork.

Ginetta????? I suspect not. Chassis seems to be without any maker's ID, no info as to its source.
