It has a neutral light instead of a brake warning light.
Apart from that, as long as it's backlit and has an odometer that "stores" the mileage it should be fine.

I have a "Bright 6" and a Bicycle speedo, but I'm looking at the ACE3100 (cheaper version of the one you mean, but with no warning lights) to replace the speedo.
