I was with sureterm last year (left because they quoted me 320 for second year then when pushed a little dropped to 220, told them to do one for

I just logged into the forum, clicked control panel, then sent them that screen as either a printscreen over email or printed out and posted
don't remember which but they were happy with that

Its not so much about who's wrong but can you help me?? I did click on your profile and emailed you to a different email and also had no reason to think that your own sites messaging service wouldn't get a message to you!
If you have read the U2U then would you be kind enough to email sureterm please as I need to contact them by phone to confirm its sorted out.
