2gether insurance

Insurance renewal time for the Indy so I phoned around the usual suspects and then thought I'd give 2gether a try and see what they could offer............

I gave them the info they required and it was then explained to me that because they knew the kitcar market and understood that most builders would want to rebuild their own kitcar in the event of an accident, they could offer big discounts on a parts only policy. I was getting quite excited upto the point where they gave me the price...... Don't get me wrong, the price wasn't particularly high but then it wasn't the cheapest quote I'd received either. Coupled with the fact that I had received an identical quote from the same insurance provider (albeit through a different broker) on a Fully Comprehensive basis, I was somewhat disappointed and felt as though they had been trying to pull the wool over my eyes.

I rang my insurance company with the cheapest quote I'd received and they agreed to beat it. (As they have done every year we've been insured with them) So once again, AF gets my money......................

No, nobody else offered a parts only policy but the fully comp policy from the same provider (different broker) was the same price Who in their right mind would take a parts only policy over fully comp policy at the same price?
