parts only cover - anyone use it?

i need to insure my indy in the next couple of days and the cheapest way by fart is parts only cover, spoke to the broker about it before and it doesn't seem a bad idea apart from if the car gets stolen or catches on fire and is therefore a complete loss he said they would pay out on market value minus xx% which they deem to be people taking labour into account, now i and i'm sure a lot of you on here understand that you never get back for these cars what they cost in parts never mind adding on a lump for the hundreds of hours we spend building them! it's just that bit put me off a bit so wondered if anyone has gone down this route and maybe have i misunderstood or has the broker got it wrong? i just worry that in the event of having to make such a claim i don't want to be arguing that my car is worth more than the 1500 quid they could offer!

I have this but it includes an agreed value to avoid the problem that you are worried about.

could i ask who you are covered with? i rang frank pickles but the advisor wasn't 100% sure if i could get agreed value on parts only cover.
