tegwin - 27/1/09 at 07:01 PM

I need to make a new steering shaft bush out of Nylon/delrin type stuff as mine is so floppy...

I don't think I've got much stuff that size

I know I've got 16mm PTFE and upto 2" alloy but after that its a bit hit or miss

Is 90deg. enough.

I have some 25mm black nylon how quick do you need it.

The OD of the flange is 26mm

It would be good to have it in the next week as its the only thing stopping me getting the car on its wheels

What would the best material be? given that it will be subject to friction from a metal part...

E-mail me the bore tolerance(+0 +.05?) and the 20 mm tolerance (+0 -.05?) and your address and I'll do it for you. Should get it in the post Friday ( tomorrow).
