hootsno1 - 29/4/11 at 11:46 AM

Hi all
Can anyone on here tell me if i can get planning for this to use as two bedrooms and a shower room, im buying a bungerlow and it only has two bedrooms and my two girls wont share a room so i thought this might be a good fix?
I have planning for an extention on the back to make it four bedrooms but this will be a year or so down the line. as my car build comes frist!!!

just build a loft conversion upto 50m2 and you dont need planning permission as long as its not at the front of the house.

would be cheaper and easier i guess.

dont know much about planning for extensions as its not as easy as yes or no.

cheers

Just apply for it in principle at the local council office.

I cant build up on the bungerlow as the footings are to shallow and to underpin is £48000+
and thats one hell of a lot of money you can see!!!
