Has anybody got a complete manual or any info on the magnetic clutch for the cutter blade pto and main clutch. An exploded diagram would be great if you have one. Tried google - not much help.

Any chance you could find out what it really is or the same as? Many of these big lawn mowers are badge engineered & the same as many other makes bar colour, badge & minor spec differences. The Efco ones I deal with at work are like this & I've worked on a couple of near identical JD ones.
I googled images of yours & it's a proper JD styled bonnet but the cutter deck looks very similar to other makes.

Most of these clutches are non serviceable, ie rivitted together
Vast majority are Warner linky
Most problems we have had with clutches not working was dure to dodgy connections in the wiring to the clutch, mfuses, safety switches etc.
