I'm not so sure about them......
On cover note from 20th April untill 1st June, then informed them of reg number.
Twice I've called them/emailed etc and still no documents......
Beginning to get worried......

Ditto the above. I rang Gary on the way back from the DVLA with my plates, and 2 weeks later, they ring me and say "We were wondering when you might give us your Reg no?". Needless to say, I was quite miffed!

They covered me for pretty much 2 months without reg. But I do now have my revised documents....

I emailed them again yesterday but this time I warned of the ombudsman or police action, which got an immediate response.
Gary blamed his old system, but I have made 2 calls and 2 emails to them since 1st of June.
They can't blame computers for human error.
I worry about this sort of stuff especially when there is so much at stake with my car. It is insured for 21k.
An insurance company can issue policy documents within 7 days.
My information has simply not been passed on to them.

The cover note for the 1st month came, but I had to ask for the second months one just for the dvla registration.
I shouldn't have had to chase them for this as it should have been sent automatically.

Probably I have been unlucky with these "mistakes", but I feel people should know the rough with the smooth of dealing with their insurance.
Seems to me that they have cheap prices, but are a little dis-organised.

I think that's the problem when a small company is very busy. Customer service starts to suffer and mistakes start being made.

I've rung them twice, so obviously they forgot to ask for my policy.
You were lucky that they had yours there.

I was told by Barney that it takes 2 weeks to get docs from Highway insurance then I get this email which says different:

Martin,

No problem I understand that Barney has dealt With all while of been out of the office, apologies for the delay isn’t normal and ongoing isn’t a problem with the introduction of our new software system as nothing is manual and full docs are issued from here.

Kind regards
