2Gether Insurance - Impressive service
I got my renewal today for my well modded Landrover Discovery - £335 with Sure Term
I rang 2Gether for a quote as I have my MNR insured with them - Quoted me £215 for better cover.
Whilst on the phone I asked about the renewal for the MNR which is due shortly - £175, which is £40 cheaper than last year !
I spoke to Julian and Gary - both nice blokes and it made a refreshing change to talk to two insurance people who clearly know their cars and
don't have a sharp intake of breath when you talk about modifications.
Very impressed with the service and the people.

I've never had to make a claim thankfully - but surely the claim is dealt with by the actual insurance company the policy is with - not the
broker.

I was on the phone to gary a few months back, I asked about claims and he told me he had a claim going through at the time, he mentioned them giving a
curtosy car, even though fault hadn't been established yet.
Seems standard practice, but good to hear none the less - I dont have any first hand experience though of a claim with them.
I would stress the need to CHECK the documentation when it turns up, they seem to be a bit crap at admin, I had to send mine back. No problem really,
but worth checking.

Gary did mention the way the proposal forms are populated sometimes leads to small errors. It would appear some people would rather post the relative
shortcomings on here than picking up the phone to them to rectify them. ( that wasn't aimed at you Andy )
To be honest - I can't think of many insurance firms that don't get something wrong on the forms - I've had loads of corrections to
do over the years with many companies.
