Modified Tintop Insurance Suggestions????
Guys, I'm looking at buying a modified, 5 year old SAAB 9-5 2.3T Estate to replace the ageing one currently sat on the drive.
However it's chucking out 300bhp, has Billie shocks, LSD, twin exhausts etc.etc.
Mileage will be limited (prob. c.5k/annum), maybe used for a small amount Class 1 Business use, old fart driver (will put 32year old son on if that
helps).
So apart from A Flux any other suggestions?

If you take the twin pipe off then surely you're just a dottery old man who brought it and had no reasonable way of knowing that any other mods
had been done (assuming the under the bonnet is not fully of shiny bits).

Try Locktons, they give me a limited mileage on my DB7 and are happy for modifications without affecting the premium.

Thanks for the suggestions - on them tomorrow.
Luke - trouble is with modified suspension etc. any loss adjuster worth their pay cheque would suss out extra, undeclared power mods and deny
anyclaim.
Really not worth it, besides which it's fraud.
