I can not fathom why anyone would want to sell anything without giving it a pressure wash, and at least it make half decent
especially as its been listed another time, now would of been the ideal time ?

Not that ideal as he is trying to sell it while living in Cyprus. Even a karcher wouldn't clean it from there
