Fail but only 1/2 page:-

1) Dash radius, will use covered pipe lagging to pad.

2) Under dash chassis rail needs padding as above.

3) Pipe lagging used in interior needs covering. Expected that.

4) Headlamp aim.

5) 4 exterior projections missed. Simple fix.

6) Wheels don't fit within body plan. Will fit old Sierra wheels.

7) Fuel pipe needs insulating where it contacts manifold to stop it rubbing through.

8) Front tyre touches U trim on wing. Will be solved by fitting Sierra wheels.

9) Self centering. Only just failed on this. Sierra wheels will hopefully scrape through.

Overall he said it was a very good build and way above average. I'm pretty pleased really.

P.S. could have fixed all of this there but didn't have the Sierra wheels with me so thought I might as well do it at home and go back.

Andy,

That's a "good" fail - all minor, easily rectifiable points, should have them all done by now

Keep us informed of retest!
