Insurance for 19 year old on custom locost
Hi, I have just finished my custom locost, my chassis design and body design. It has a 2.9 Ford Cosworths V6, no turbo chargers yet for fear of an
even high insurance premium. Does anyone know what kind of insurance premium I would be looking at. I live at a pretty good postcode if that makes
much of a difference here.
Is it even possible for the non millionaire type?

I would guess that you would need a scientific calculator to work out those sort of calculations LOL . On a serious note the best thing you can do is
phone around, due to the obscurity of the car you maybe pleasantly surprised. My best price is always with Frank Pickles BTW .
Best of luck !

Is that a new thing? I was insured with Pickles at 28 on my Robin Hood and only paid £112. It's worth calling all the numbers in one of the
mags. Someone will do it and they will give you a better idea of price than anyone on here will!
