I don't know if there is such a thing as a group for south/central Scotland or not, but there are plenty builders about.
Are you building still or on the road?
I'm still at the chassis stage, although getting ready to get some paint on it soon

Cheers

Alex
PS
My wife may or may not understand, but the more time I spend in the garage these days the happier she is not entirely sure that is a good thing, but i'll take it while i can

I'm in the Borders... Most meets seem to have been further North or Further South. We built a book locost about 3 years ago now. Just in the middle of an engine swap.

There are a group that meets sometimes near grangemouth which is good.

Theres also a Borders Sevens group mainly with Westfields and Caterhams but I went on a couple of good tours around with them last year.

Cheers

Edinburgh

Hi

I am in edinburgh and could meet any where in central belt, even the borders. I have the best of both worlds, bought one and building one.

We should just make a date for a time and place now.

Possible pubs

The Steading, @ Ski slope
Cramond Brig.

Dates
Weekends?

I could make up an email circulation list just send some details and a picture of your car etc to
hall@greenscape.eu

Cheers

Hall

I'd still be interested in a meet up... The Steading place at Hillend is OK for me to get to easily.

Another option is the Sun Inn on the A7 just by Lothian Bridge before Newtongrange. Nice pub and a big carpark without too many undesirables.

I've got a few mates who would come along too. One has a very nice Formula 27.

I'm an SKCC member but I've given up going to grangemouth for the meetings. It's just too far now.

a lot of people gave up attending

I'm one of them

set up a meet and shout at me to push me forwards on.

build seriously stalled, even changing jobs from Dalkeith to Larbert hasn't helped as the new job includes more than twice the staff.

if not for work i'd have been at the stonehaven meet.

I need a kick up the bum to get me going.

regards

Ewan
